Service
GetMyDreamJob provides job-discovery and application-assistance software. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. Features and source availability may change as job sites, ATS providers, and third-party services change.
No employment guarantee
We do not guarantee that you will find, be considered for, interview for, or receive any job. Job availability, freshness, accuracy, eligibility, salaries, matching scores, and AI-generated recommendations are informational and may be incomplete or incorrect. Employers alone control recruitment decisions. You must verify every posting and review all generated material before using it.
Subscriptions and acceptable use
Paid plans renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout until cancelled. Plan limits apply to feeds, shortlists, AI usage, and extension access. You may not scrape the service, share paid access, bypass limits, submit unlawful content, impersonate others, or use automation to submit applications without review.
Refund policy
You may request a refund by emailing support@getmydreamjob.co.in within seven calendar days of your original account signup. Include the account email and payment reference. Requests received after that seven-day period are not eligible, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and processing times depend on the payment provider.
Intellectual property and third parties
GetMyDreamJob and its software, branding, and original content remain our property. Job postings and third-party names belong to their respective owners. Third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for employment decisions, missed opportunities, third-party content, service interruptions, or indirect or consequential losses.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will publish the revised date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to support@getmydreamjob.co.in.
